There are several MIL affiliates here on Hood. CrossFit Centurion and Lumberjack CrossFit. I am not sure about 3ACR or if they even have a program. The CF program at WTU is mandated from the WTB and as such is the only PT program. So, that makes it easy for implementation. We have 4 WT companies and a HQ Staff. Each Company conducts their own WOD via my programming and their apprentice trainers.

We are working on getting all Cadre level 1 certified next year. So, still a work in progress. Equipment is still our biggest issue as is space. All WOD&#039;s are done outdoors right now.

Let me know if you need anything once you are on Hood. I&#039;ll do my best.

I&#039;m headed to Hood early next year and found a link to your site via the main site.  I&#039;ve been crossfitting with CF ATM and CF Fort Knox for about 3 years now and my wife and I are getting certified over the christmas break.  How was WTU operate regarding location/equipment/programming/conflicts with pt schedules?  What is the CF culture at Hood?  I&#039;m headed to 3ACR, have they seen the light yet?  We would love to drop by for a wod while were getting moved in.  CF is our passion and we want to help grow a strong, un-bastardized CF community in Fort Hood.
